VTA Founder and Managing Director Damien is the vision and driving force behind the business. After working in the building services industry for 26 years Damien decided it was time to take the leap, so in 2011 with a small loyal team behind him VTA was born. Fast forward 11 years VTA is now a major player in the building services coordination sector, with a reputation for delivering excellent projects on programme.
Nick has been with VTA since its formation in 2011, he has a broad wealth of knowledge from 18 years working within the AEC industry across all sectors. His role consists of overseeing multiple projects, clients, IT management as well as company development.
Paul has been a senior team member since VTA was born, his main role is looking after VTAs major projects. Over his 30 years within the industry, he has worked on a wide variety of projects across all sectors from retail and residential to commercial and pharmaceuticals.
Marcin joined VTA in 2012 and quickly proved himself to be a competent BIM Manager, his role includes looking after all aspects BIM related, CAD/Revit standards as well as pushing the boundaries for VTA.
Victor joined VTA in October 2022 as Associate Director, after a long working relationship with VTA. He has over 20 years of experience in the coordination of building services throughout various sectors including Transport, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Commercial, and Residential.
Grant has worked for several large building services companies as an engineer for over the past 45 years, his vast knowledge is invaluable to VTA on a day to day basis across all the projects he contributes to.
John's electrical experience comes from being a site engineer for over 40 years, his on-site practical experience and engineering solutions have been a huge asset to VTA for the past 5 years.
Annie over looks all of VTA’s projects assuring all documents are correctly located in accordance to ISO9001.
