Having accurate Architectural and Structural information is essential for any new build project, and is literally the foundation from which a comprehensive building fabric model can be produced. VTA can provide a fast and effective out source solution to Architects, Structural Engineers, Tier 1 and 2 contractors who need to produce a model from 2D information. Without this model coordination within the building itself will be difficult but, VTA can also produce models for existing buildings with a high level of accuracy. Firstly, our in house team can attend site to point cloud scan the current structure, from there we can model the Structural or Architectural features for any building internally or externally. This gives our clients the peace of mind that the coordination can be undertaken with confidence that what is in the model mirrors what is on site.
