Description

VTA are working with our client TClarke to coordinate all the electrical services at 2FA (2 Finsbury Avenue) located at Broadgate at one of the largest pedestrianised neighbourhoods in London. The project consists of a podium 12-storeys with a 36-storey East Tower and 21-storey West Tower. 2FA is one of the few new bread developments with and ambitious target of net zero carbon in construction, net zero carbon in operation, and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification.
