A new 13 Storey (Plus Basement & 2 No. Roof Levels) triangular building, specialising in Cancer Care Treatment, VTA are employed by Crown House Technologies to act as Lead Co-Ordinator for all M,E & PH services.

Due to the Offsite prefabrication methods used in the building construction, this is a fast track project with Slab & wall builderswork details for first 5 floors being required within initial 2 month period.

To speed on site installation, services within main corridors, Mechanical, Electrical, Domestic, Medical Gas & Public Health Risers, together with some plant aea’s,  are in pre-fabricated modules.
